Additional Vessels means vessels not in the ownership of CLP on the date of this Agreement that CLP may subsequently purchase to be managed by CSM under the Fee structure described herein at the election of CLP. For the purposes of this Agreement, any such Additional Vessels to be managed by CSM under the terms of this Agreement shall also be referred to herein as Vessels.

Additional Vessels means any other vessel of any size and type the management of which, after its delivery as a charter-in or acquisition by NM, may be entrusted from time to time to NSM. Any such Additional Vessel for the purpose of this Agreement shall also be referred to herein as Vessels;

• If DSS acquires or orders any additional vessels during the term of this Agreement, CSM will have a right of first refusal, exercisable up to four (4) times, to provide the Technical Management Services, any such vessels for which the offer has been exercised shall be deemed Additional Vessels up to a total number of 29 Vessels under the terms of this Agreement.

Additional Vessels means any vessel NMLP shall acquire after the execution date of this Agreement. For the purposes of this Agreement, such Additional Vessels, after their acquisition by NMLP, shall also be referred to herein as Vessels.”

Additional Vessels means any delivered vessels of a type, value and age acceptable to the Majority Lenders to be purchased by a member of the relevant Group (which will become an Additional A Borrower or an Additional B Borrower, as the case may be) in respect of which an Upsize Amount is requested by the Borrowers, each of which shall be designated a Tranche A Vessel or a Tranche B Vessel with effect from the relevant Upsize Trigger Date.
