VB Shareholder definition

VB Shareholder means any Person who holds VB Securities and any other Person to whom VB Securities are issued or transferred for so long as such Person holds any VB Securities.

  • Scheme Shareholder means a person who is registered in the Register on the Record Date as the holder of one or more Scheme Shares.
