Valuation Relevant Price definition

Valuation Relevant Price means, as of any day, such price regularly announced by a domestic or foreign entity (including an exchange, trade or industry association, or similar organization) as the Sponsor shall have from time to time determined that fairly represents the commercial value of Gold held by the Trust as of such day; provided, that a price so determined by the Sponsor shall be effective upon the Trustee’s notice to the Sponsor that it has sufficient access to pricing information to make the valuations required hereunder.
Valuation Relevant Price means, as of any date, the price used by the Trustee on such date to determine in compliance with the Trust Agreement the value of the Gold held by the Trust.
Valuation Relevant Price means, as of any day, (i) such day’s COMEX settlement price for the spot month gold futures contract, or (ii) with effect from and after October 4, 2010, such other price regularly announced by a domestic or foreign entity (including an exchange, trade or industry association, or similar organization), as the Sponsor shall have from time to time determined that fairly represents the commercial value of Gold held by the Trust as of such day; provided, that a price determined by the Sponsor under clause “(ii)” shall be effective upon the Trustee’s notice to the Sponsor that it has sufficient access to pricing information to make the valuations required hereunder.

Examples of Valuation Relevant Price in a sentence

  • As promptly as practicable after 4:00 p.m. (New York time), on each Business Day, the Trustee shall determine the value of the Gold held by the Trust on the basis of the Valuation Relevant Price for that day.

  • Neither the Trustee nor the Sponsor shall be liable to any Person for the determination that the most recently announced Valuation Relevant Price is not appropriate as a basis for evaluation of the Gold held by the Trust or for any determination as to the alternative basis for evaluation, provided that such determination is made in good faith.

Related to Valuation Relevant Price

  • Relevant Price or "S(k)" means, in relation to a Fund Interest and any Strategy Calculation Date, the Fund Value per Fund Interest.

  • Valuation Price means in respect of a Valuation Date and any relevant Scheduled Trading Day, the price of the Reference Asset at the Valuation Time on such day, as determined by the Determination Agent.

  • Valuation Amount means, in respect of each Mortgaged Vessel, the value thereof as most recently determined under clause 8.2.2; and

  • Reference Price means the Reference Price of the Underlying as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Fair Market Price means the average value at the relevant time and place (of the requirement to determine the Fair Market Price) to be derived from the average of three independent broker valuations by a broker appointed by Grain Trade Australia, with the valuations to take into account the Grade and variety and taking into account the cost of insurance, levies, taxes, charges, Freight and associated costs.

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;

  • Valuation Cap means a pre-money valuation of US $27,500,000.

  • Valuation Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.04(c).

  • relevant year means a year commencing at 00:00 hours on 1 April and ending at 23:59 hours on the following 31 March;

  • Ask Price means the price at which the Company is willing to sell a CFD.

  • Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.

  • Valuation Day means any day on which Repo Custodian is open for business.
