Valuation Percentage means, for any item of Eligible Collateral, the percentage specified in Paragraph 13.
Valuation Percentage means, for purposes of determining the S&P Value, Xxxxx’x First Trigger Value, or Xxxxx’x Second Trigger Value with respect to any Eligible Collateral or Posted Collateral, the applicable S&P Valuation Percentage, Xxxxx’x First Trigger Valuation Percentage, or Xxxxx’x Second Trigger Valuation Percentage for such Eligible Collateral or Posted Collateral, respectively, in each case as set forth in Paragraph 13(b)(ii).

For this purpose, the Valuation Percentage for any item of the Credit Support Balance shall be 100%.
