Relevant Price definition

Relevant Price or "S(k)" means, in relation to a Fund Interest and any Strategy Calculation Date, the Fund Value per Fund Interest.
Relevant Price. On any Valuation Date, the volume weighted average price per Share for the regular trading session of the Exchange as displayed under the heading “Bloomberg VWAP” on Bloomberg Page “SUNE.N <equity> AQR” on such Valuation Date in respect of the period from 9:30 am to 4:00 p.m. (New York City time) on such Valuation Date (or if such volume weighted average price is not available or is, in the Calculation Agent’s reasonable discretion, manifestly erroneous, the Calculation Agent’s reasonable, good faith estimate of such price on such Valuation Date).
