Validation Lots definition

Validation Lots for a dosage form shall mean shall mean the initial number of Lots, which shall be at least three (3) Lots or such additional Lots as mutually agreed, of the Product which are manufactured by DSM during the course of the Validation Activities.
Validation Lots shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.3 hereof.
