Validation Activities definition

Validation Activities means those activities to be performed by DSM prior to the First Commercial Sale including, but not limited to, process qualification of content uniformity, analytical testing, preparation of validation technical reports, cleaning validation, manufacturing and testing of Validation Lots.
Validation Activities means the validation activities set forth in Appendix C.
Validation Activities means those activities to be performed by BDSI under the Quality Agreement to validate the Plant and processes for the Manufacture of Clinical Trial Materials for administration to humans.

More Definitions of Validation Activities

Validation Activities means those activities, as required by cGMP, that shall be performed by Catalytica prior to the First Commercial Sale including, but not limited to, qualification of facilities, laboratories, equipment, computers and utilities, process qualification, qualification of physical and analytical test methods, preparation of validation technical reports, cleaning validation, and manufacturing of Validation Batches.
Validation Activities means (a) those validation activities required for regulatory submissions to the applicable Regulatory Authorities for Regulatory Approval of the Manufacture of the Products and sale of the Paratek Products and [* * *].
Validation Activities. The Contractor’s quality program shall be examined using a series of required validation procedures. The examination shall be implemented and conducted by DSHS, its agent, or an EQRO.
