U.S. Committed Borrowing definition

U.S. Committed Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous U.S. Committed Loans of the same Type and, in the case of U.S. Eurodollar Rate Committed Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01.
U.S. Committed Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous U.S. Committed Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurocurrency Rate Loans, Term SOFR Rate Loans and TIIE Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each U.S. Lender (other than the applicable U.S. Non-Qualified Lenders) pursuant to Section 2.1.
U.S. Committed Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous U.S. Committed Loans of the same Type and, in the case of U.S. Eurodollar Rate Committed Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01 .

Examples of U.S. Committed Borrowing in a sentence

  • If the requesting U.S. Borrower fails to specify a currency in a U.S. Committed Loan Notice requesting a U.S. Committed Borrowing, then the U.S. Committed Loans so requested shall be made in Dollars.

  • If the Fronting Lenders based on the limitations set forth in the proviso to the first sentence of Section 2.2.1 are unable to fund the entire requested U.S. Fronting Loan in such Alternative Currency or to such TMK, then the applicable U.S. Borrower may decrease the amount of the requested U.S. Committed Borrowing within one (1) Business Day after notice by U.S. Funding Agent of such limitation.

  • Upon receipt of such notice, the US Borrower may revoke any pending request for a US Borrowing of, conversion to or continuation of US Eurodollar Rate Committed Loans or, failing that, will be deemed to have converted such request into a request for a US Committed Borrowing of US Base Rate Loans in the amount specified therein.

  • If the requesting U.S. Borrower requests a U.S. Committed Borrowing of, conversion to, or continuation of Eurocurrency Rate Loans in any such U.S. Committed Loan Notice, but fails to specify an Interest Period, it will be deemed to have specified an Interest Period of one (1) month.

  • If such U.S. Borrower does not reduce its request for a U.S. Committed Borrowing to an amount equal to or less than the available Fronting Commitment subject to the limitation set forth in the proviso to the first sentence in Section 2.2.1, then the requested U.S. Committed Loan shall not be made by U.S. Lenders.

  • If the requesting U.S. Borrower requests a U.S. Committed Borrowing of, conversion to or continuation of Eurocurrency Rate Committed Loans, Term SOFR Rate Loans or TIIE Rate Loans in any such U.S. Committed Loan Notice, but fails to specify an Interest Period, it will be deemed to have specified an Interest Period of one month or 28 days, as applicable.

  • Term B Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term B Advances of the same Type made by the Term B Lenders.

  • Revolving Credit Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Revolving Credit Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Revolving Credit Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(b).

  • Revolving Loan Borrowing means a borrowing of a Revolving Loan.

  • Base Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Base Rate Loans.

  • Term A Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term A Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Term A Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(a).

  • RFR Borrowing means, as to any Borrowing, the RFR Loans comprising such Borrowing.

  • Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Revolving Facility Loans of the same Class.

  • Bid Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Bid Loans of the same Type from each of the Lenders whose offer to make one or more Bid Loans as part of such borrowing has been accepted under the auction bidding procedures described in Section 2.03.

  • L/C Borrowing means an extension of credit resulting from a drawing under any Letter of Credit which has not been reimbursed on the date when made or refinanced as a Revolving Credit Borrowing.

  • Notice of Revolving Credit Borrowing has the meaning specified in Section 2.02(a).

  • Term Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of simultaneous Term Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Term Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(a).

  • ABR Revolving Facility Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of ABR Revolving Loans.

  • Eurocurrency Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurocurrency Loans.

  • Eurodollar Rate Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of Eurodollar Rate Loans.

  • Initial Borrowing means the first Borrowing made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Swingline Borrowing means a borrowing of a Swingline Loan pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • Competitive Borrowing means a Borrowing consisting of a Competitive Loan or concurrent Competitive Loans from the Lender or Lenders whose Competitive Bids for such Borrowing have been accepted under the bidding procedure described in Section 2.03.

  • LIBOR Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of LIBOR Loans.

  • Borrowing Tranche means specified portions of Loans outstanding as follows: (i) any Loans to which a LIBOR Rate Option applies which become subject to the same Interest Rate Option under the same Loan Request by the Borrower and which have the same Interest Period shall constitute one Borrowing Tranche, and (ii) all Loans to which a Base Rate Option applies shall constitute one Borrowing Tranche.
