Definition of Term B Borrowing


Term B Borrowing means a borrowing consisting of Term B Loans of the same Type and, in the case of Eurodollar Rate Loans, having the same Interest Period made by each of the Term B Lenders pursuant to Section 2.01(a).

Examples of Term B Borrowing in a sentence

The Term B Borrowing shall consist of Term B Loans made simultaneously by the Term B Lenders in accordance with their respective Term B Commitments.
