Urban Development Department definition

Urban Development Department or “UD” shall mean the Urban Development Department, Government of West Bengal.

  • Local health department means the same as that term is defined in Section 26A-1-102.

  • Health Department means the department of environmental quality, a city health department, a county health department, or a district health department, whichever has jurisdiction.

  • Police Department means the Police Department of the City and County of San Francisco.

  • land development area means an erf or the land which is delineated in an application submitted in terms of this By-law or any other legislation governing the change in land use and “land area” has a similar meaning;
