Upwork Escrow will use and release funds deposited in an Escrow Account only in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable Escrow Instructions.

Upwork will at all times remain responsible for its Affiliates’ or subcontractors’ compliance with the terms of this Agreement.
Upwork normally charges Freelancers a fee stated on the Platform.
