Unsuitable Information Services definition

Unsuitable Information Services means Information Services that Cingular determines to be inappropriate for billing by Cingular, including images or content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethically or otherwise objectionable; Information Services that facilitate illegal activity, depict sexually explicit images, promote violence, promote discrimination, promote illegal activities, or incorporate any materials that infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Unsuitable Information Services means Information Services (including materials that are “hidden” or unlockable) that contain materials which (i) are unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene or harassing; or (ii) facilitate illegal activity, depict sexually explicit images, promote violence, promote discrimination, promote illegal activities, or incorporate any materials that infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Unsuitable Information Services means those portions of the AADS and all applications and Content therein as provided by Company (including materials that are “hidden” or unlockable) that contain materials which (i) are unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene or harassing; (ii) include viruses, malware or spyware or similar technology; or (iii) facilitate illegal activity, depict sexually explicit images, promote violence, promote discrimination, promote illegal activities, or incorporate any materials that infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Examples of Unsuitable Information Services in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Cingular at any time determines that that LICENSOR’s Information Services or any part of them are Unsuitable Information Services, Cingular may suspend the performance of this Agreement immediately and without notice until and unless the Unsuitable Information Services are removed.

  • Customer may not deliver Unsuitable Information Services via the connectivity described herein.

  • If AT&T finds any Unsuitable Information Services, AT&T may request removal of said Unsuitable Information Services email notice to suffice and Company will remove such Unsuitable Information Services within two hours of receiving such notification during US business hours.

  • Outside of US business hours, said Unsuitable Information Services shall be removed by Company within twenty-four hours of receiving such notification.

  • Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

  • Service Information means information concerning the Services provided by the Contractor to the Authority in accordance with Clause 32.1 for inclusion in the Authority's catalogue and/or any Beneficiary's catalogue from time to time;
