Unsecured Creditors Committee definition

Unsecured Creditors Committee means the Statutory Unsecured Claimholders’ Committee appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to section 1102(a) of the Bankruptcy Code on February 5, 2015, as modified on February 6, 2015, and September 25, 2015.
