Equity Committee definition

Equity Committee means the official committee of equity security holders, appointed pursuant to section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code by the U.S. Trustee on March 13, 2009.
Equity Committee means the official committee of equity security holders of the Debtors appointed in the Chapter 11 Cases pursuant to section 1102 of the Bankruptcy Code, as may be reconstituted from time to time.
