Academic personnel definition

Academic personnel means presidents, provosts, vice‑presidents, deans, teaching and research staffs, and others of academic rank employed by the State educational institutions of higher learning, or medical institutions of education and research.
Academic personnel shall include all core, complementary, adjunct and visiting faculty, instructors, teaching assistants, post-doctoral fellows, undergraduate and post-graduate students.

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.
