Universal Group definition

Universal Group means Universal, Universal Sub and the Universal Newcos.
Universal Group shall include Universal, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and its and their owners, co-lessees, partners, joint venturers, contractors, and subcontractors, and the owners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and invitees of all the foregoing.
