General Partner Unit means a fractional part of the General Partner Interest having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the General Partner Interest. A General Partner Unit is not a Unit.
unit trust means any trust established for the purpose, or having the effect, of providing facilities for the participation by persons as beneficiaries under a trust, in profits or income arising from the acquisition, holding, management or disposal of securities or any other property.
Dwelling unit means a single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.
General Partner Units has the meaning assigned to such term in the Partnership Agreement.
OP means open pit and “UG” means underground.
GP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a GP Unit of the Partnership.
Co-pilot means a pilot operating other than as pilot-in-command, on an aircraft for which more than one pilot is required, but excluding a pilot who is on board the aircraft for the sole purpose of receiving flight instruction for a licence or rating.
Units means the units of the Company, each comprised of one share of Common Stock and one-half of one Warrant.
apartment unit means any residential dwelling unit within a building containing three or more dwelling units where access to each residential unit is obtained through a common entrance or entrances from the street level and the residential units are connected by an interior corridor;
Single-family dwelling unit means a structure that is usually occupied by just one household or family and for the purposes of this Policy is expected to generate an average of 250 gallons per day of wastewater.
Unit Share means a Common Share comprising part of each Unit;
Generating Unit means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator(s) and air emission control devices.
Class B Share means a Class B ordinary share of a par value of US$0.0001 in the share capital of the Company.
Membership Unit means a Membership Common Unit, a Company Preferred Unit, a Company Junior Unit or any other fractional share of the Membership Interests that the Managing Member has authorized pursuant to Section 4.1 or Section 4.2 hereof.
Unit and “Quality” means the unit and quantity specified in the schedule.
Partnership Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder. The allocation of Partnership Units among the Partners shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.
Operating Unit means, for purposes of this part, primary and constituent operating units designated as such in the Department Order Series of the De- partment of Commerce and, in addi- tion, the Office of the Secretary.
Class B Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a Class B Unit of the Partnership.
Management Unit means an area established by the Commission for management purposes.
Accessory dwelling unit means a habitable living unit added to, created within, or detached from a primary single-family dwelling and contained on one lot.
Drilling unit means the area fixed for the drilling of one well by order or rule of any state or federal body having authority. If a Drilling Unit is not fixed by any such rule or order, a Drilling Unit shall be the drilling unit as established by the pattern of drilling in the Contract Area unless fixed by express agreement of the Drilling Parties.
Living unit means a room, apartment, cottage, or other area within a facility set aside for the exclusive use or control of one or more identified residents.
Membership Units means membership interests in the Company.
Junior accessory dwelling unit means a unit that is no more than 500 square feet in size and contained entirely within a single-family residence. A junior accessory dwelling unit may include separate sanitation facilities, or may share sanitation facilities with the existing structure.
Common Unit Economic Balance has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(g) hereof.
Residential Unit means a home, apartment, residential condominium unit or mobile home, serving as the principal place of residence.
