Unauthorised Overrun Gas means, in respect of a Path under a Service, the quantity of Overrun Gas which is not Authorised Overrun Gas.

Unauthorised Overrun Gas means, in respect of a Service, the quantity of Overrun Gas which is not Authorised Overrun Gas. Valid Trading Party means another user of the Pipeline approved by the Service Provider (which approval is not to be unreasonably withheld). Week means a period of seven (7) consecutive Days commencing at 06:00 hours on a Saturday.

  • Authorised User means those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Services.
