Unauthorized Third Party means any person other than Authorized Employee or Authorized Person(s).

Each party will be responsible for complying with all requirements of applicable law or regulation regarding information security including information security breaches involving Client’s information, data files and Worksite Employees’ information that is stored on the computer systems of such party or its affiliates or vendors.
