Unauthorized Gas definition

Unauthorized Gas means (a) the quantity of gas taken by Customer exceeding the amount which is permitted during a Period of Interruption or (b) the difference (whether positive or negative) between the quantity of gas taken by Customer and the volumes provided for under an Operational Flow Order.

• Any gas taken in excess of the volume allocated to Customer in an interruption or curtailment order shall be considered Unauthorized Gas Use.

• Furthermore, if a Third Party Supplier (TPS) fails to deliver gas in the quantities and or imbalance ranges specified in the TPS Rate Schedule, then Unauthorized Gas Use charges shall apply to the TPS.

• When Notice of Interruption is given on withdrawals from the CBS Account, any quantities withdrawn shall be purchased by Customer at the Unauthorized Gas Supply Overrun rate in the Rate 25 Rate Schedule.

• The assessment of the Unauthorized Gas Usage Charge and the exercise of the right to discontinue Gas Service by Company shall be in addition to any other rights Company may have with respect to Customer's Unauthorized Gas Usage.

• The use of service above the level allowed by the Company after notification shall constitute Unauthorized Gas Use and shall be subject to the Unauthorized Gas Use charges specified in the Rules and Regulations section of this tariff.

More Definitions of Unauthorized Gas

Unauthorized Gas means any volumes delivered to Northern from receipt points which have not been nominated in any amount by any Shipper for that month and which have not been scheduled by Northern.

Unauthorized Gas means any volume of gas received into a pool by Transporter that exceeds the volumes scheduled under a valid nomination for service.

Unauthorized Gas means volumes delivered to or on behalf of Shipper at a Delivery Point in excess of confirmed nominations.

If FortisBC Energy amends the definition of "Day", a pro-rata adjustment of quantities of Gas and charges to account for any Day of more or less than 24 hours will be made and the terms of the Service Agreement will be similarly adjusted.

Unauthorized Gas means any Quantity of Gas, either received or delivered by KPC which cannot be identified as being received or delivered pursuant to a Transportation nomination on behalf of an existing Shipper.

Unauthorized Gas means all gas introduced, whether intentionally or otherwise, into any of Pipeline's facilities without express authorization from Pipeline, which is not otherwise subject to any Service Agreement under Pipeline's Tariff that authorizes the introduction of such gas.
