Examples of Unauthorized in a sentence
Unauthorized uses include, but are not limited to, the use of the Software (i) after this Agreement has expired or terminated; (ii) in breach of any Customer obligation in the Agreement; (iii) is inconsistent with the Documentations or authorized uses, (iv) in violation of any laws and regulations; or (v) to include, and/or otherwise associate the Software with any form of malware (including, but not limited to, viruses, worms, Trojan horses and spyware) or other code that may be deemed malicious.
Regardless of the ownership of Unauthorized Improvements, Lessor may, at its option, require Lessee to sever, remove and dispose of them and return the Premises to its prior condition at Lessee’s sole cost and expense, charge Lessee rent for the use of them, or both.
