TT&C Earth Station definition

TT&C Earth Station means any earth station licensed for operation by the FCC or by any international, federal, state, local or foreign court or governmental agency, authority, instrumentality or regulatory body, authority, agency or commission or legislative body or other governmental entity outside of the United States used for the provision of TT&C Services that is owned and operated by the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries.
TT&C Earth Station means any earth station licensed for operation by the FCC or by any international, federal, state, local or foreign court or governmental agency, authority, instrumentality or regulatory body, authority, agency or commission or legislative body or other governmental entity outside of the United States used for the provision of TT&C Services that is owned and operated by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
TT&C Earth Station means the facilities to be constructed and operated on the Site pursuant to this Agreement.
