Trust Fund Grant Agreement definition

Trust Fund Grant Agreement means the particular trust fund grant agreement to which these General Conditions apply, as such agreement may be amended from time to time. Trust Fund Grant Agreement includes these General Conditions as applied thereto, and all schedules and agreements supplemental to the Trust Fund Grant Agreement.

  • This Agreement shall come into force and effect on the date upon which the GEF Trust Fund Grant Agreement becomes effective.

  • Notwithstanding any cancellation or suspension, all the provisions of the Trust Fund Grant Agreement shall continue in full force and effect except as specifically provided in this Article.

  • Unless the context otherwise requires, the several terms defined in the GEF Trust Fund Grant Agreement, the Preamble to this Agreement and the General Conditions (as so defined) have the respective meanings therein set forth.

  • Sub-grant Agreement means an agreement entered into, or proposed to be entered into, between the Bank and a Sub-grant Recipient; and
