Treater definition

Treater means a person, also known as an operator, who receives solid waste facility plan approval for the purpose of operating a medical waste treatment facility to treat biohazardous medical waste that is generated off site.
Treater means an apparatus for separating oil, gas and water at the surface as they are produced from a well.
Treater means a person who treats reclaimed water using a centralized reclaimed water treatment system or localized reclaimed water treatment system and provides reclaimed water to a user for the purpose of uses identified in section 84.9. A treater may also be a user.
