Transmission Congestion Credit definition

Transmission Congestion Credit means the allocated share of total Transmission Congestion Charges credited to each FTR Holder, calculated and allocated as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 5.2, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 5.2.

Examples of Transmission Congestion Credit in a sentence

  • If the Office of the Interconnection agrees with such calculation, then it shall impose the forfeiture of the Transmission Congestion Credit accordingly.

Transmission Congestion Credit means the allocated share of total Transmission Congestion Charges credited to each FTR Holder, calculated and allocated as specified in Section 5.2 of this Schedule.
