TRAC Leases definition

TRAC Leases means leases of tractors, trailers, containers, chassis and/or other similar transportation equipment for which the rental obligations of the lessee thereunder constitute Capitalized Lease Obligations of such lessee.
TRAC Leases means leases of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries for Rolling Stock, motorized equipment and aircraft, which contain a terminal rental adjustment clause for the adjustment of lease payments upon its termination.
TRAC Leases means any lease agreements with respect to motor vehicles leased from time to time by Borrower (or an Affiliate thereof), as lessee, and Lender (or an Affiliate of Lender), as lessor.

  • Sellers have made available to Buyer current, correct and complete copies of all TRAC Leases and all amendments, modifications, renewals and addenda to such TRAC Leases.
