TRAC Leases definition

TRAC Leases means leases of the Borrower or its Subsidiaries for Rolling Stock, motorized equipment and aircraft, which contain a terminal rental adjustment clause for the adjustment of lease payments upon its termination.
TRAC Leases means leases of tractors, trailers, containers, chassis and/or other similar transportation equipment for which the rental obligations of the lessee thereunder constitute Capitalized Lease Obligations of such lessee.
TRAC Leases means the TRAC leases which relate to the TRAC Leased Transportation Equipment, pursuant to which a Seller is lessee, all of such TRAC Leases as of the date hereof being listed and described on Exhibit A-3 hereto.

More Definitions of TRAC Leases

TRAC Leases means any lease agreements with respect to motor vehicles leased from time to time by Borrower (or an Affiliate thereof), as lessee, and Lender (or an Affiliate of Lender), as lessor.

Related to TRAC Leases

  • Operating Leases means all real or personal property leases under which any Company is bound or obligated as a lessee or sublessee and which, under GAAP, are not required to be capitalized on a balance sheet of such Company; provided that Operating Leases shall not include any such lease under which any Company is also bound as the lessor or sublessor.

  • Synthetic Leases means, in respect of any Person, all leases which shall have been, or should have been, in accordance with GAAP, treated as operating leases on the financial statements of the Person liable (whether contingently or otherwise) for the payment of rent thereunder and which were properly treated as indebtedness for borrowed money for purposes of U.S. federal income taxes, if the lessee in respect thereof is obligated to either purchase for an amount in excess of, or pay upon early termination an amount in excess of, 80% of the residual value of the Property subject to such operating lease upon expiration or early termination of such lease.

  • Leases means all present and future leases, subleases, licenses, concessions or grants or other possessory interests now or hereafter in force, whether oral or written, covering or affecting the Mortgaged Property, or any portion of the Mortgaged Property (including proprietary leases or occupancy agreements if Borrower is a cooperative housing corporation), and all modifications, extensions or renewals.

  • Ground Leases Those certain leases with respect to real property that is a portion of the Leased Property, pursuant to which Landlord is a tenant and which leases have either been approved by Tenant or are in existence as of the date hereof and listed on Schedule A hereto.

  • Operating Lease Expense means the sum of all payments and expenses incurred by a Person, under any operating leases during the period of determination, as determined in accordance with GAAP.
