Tow Truck Broker definition

Tow Truck Broker means a Person who in pursuance of a trade, calling business or occupation arranges for the provision for hire to a Hirer of the services of a Tow Truck not owned by such Person;
Tow Truck Broker means a supplier who, in the course of business, arranges for the hiring of tow services that are provided by using a tow truck not owned by the supplier. (“courtier en dépanneuses”)
Tow Truck Broker means a PERSON who arranges for the provision for hire to a CUSTOMER of the services of a TOW TRUCK not owned by such PERSON.
