Title XI Financing definition

Title XI Financing means any Indebtedness incurred by the Company or any Subsidiary which is guaranteed by the United States (or any agency thereof) pursuant to Title XI of the Merchant Marine Act of 1936, as amended.
Title XI Financing means any and all documents and agreements Agreements" executed by the Borrower or any Title XI Subsidiary evidencing obligations incurred in connection with any financing guaranteed under Title XI of the Merchant Marine Act of 1936, as amended.
Title XI Financing shall have the meaning provided in Section 3.03(c).

Title XI Financing means that line of credit and borrowings of long-term debt which are guaranteed by the U.S. government under a program offered through the National Marine Fisheries Service pursuant to Title XI of the Marine Act of 1936.
