Time Charter Guarantee definition

Time Charter Guarantee means, in respect of a Time Charter, a guarantee in Agreed Form in respect of the Time Charterer’s obligations under such Time Charter made by the Time Charter Guarantors, jointly and severally, in favor of the Borrower that owns the Ship subject to such Time Charter;
Time Charter Guarantee means the time charter guarantee dated on or about the date of this Agreement, issued by Repsol YPF S.A. in favour of the Borrower in connection with the Time Charter.
Time Charter Guarantee means the Guaranty of Payment, dated as of the effective date hereof, by Rand LL Holdings Corp. in favor of Wisconsin & Michigan Steamship Company, together with any agreements and instruments executed and delivered pursuant to the terms thereof.

Time Charter Guarantee means, in relation to NORDIC ODYSSEY and NORDIC ORION, the time charter guarantee dated as of August 1, 2012 made by the Time Charter Guarantor in favor of the Borrower that owns that Ship;
Time Charter Guarantee means the time charter guarantee dated 19 November 2001, issued by Repsol YPF S.A. in favour of the Borrower in connection with the Time Charter.
