TIF Agreements definition

TIF Agreements means, collectively, those certain agreements described on Schedule 7.30 attached hereto.
TIF Agreements. Collectively, the Individual Development Agreement #5 dated October 4, 1996, between Xxxx Construction Company of Minnesota, Inc. and the Brooklyn Park Economic Development Authority, with respect to the Project, and the Assessment Agreement and the Note executed in connection therewith and pursuant thereto.

  • Existing Agreements means the [*****].

  • Development Agreements means all development, utility or similar agreements included in the Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Commercial Agreements means all or any Agreement or Agreements with any third party including but not limited to broadcasting, media, sponsorship, marketing, merchandising, licensing and advertising, for the general promotion of each or any of the Clubs in the Competition and the Company, and which have the object of promoting the welfare and general commercial interest and increasing the financial resources of each of the Clubs, the Company and the Competition.

The Interconnection Agreements shall address cost responsibilities among entities other than the Distribution Company and the other RFP Sponsors and shall include provisions, both technical and otherwise, for safe and reliable interconnected operations of the HVDC Transmission Project following Commercial Operation (including use of the HVDC Transmission Project for the delivery of electric power in emergency circumstances).

  • Consulting Agreements has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • Related Agreements shall have the meaning specified in the recitals to the Administration Agreement.

  • Seller Agreements means the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the Purchase Agreement, the Trust Agreement, [the Insurance Agreement, the Indemnification Agreement] and this Agreement. The Notes are being purchased by the Underwriters named in Schedule 1 hereto, and the Underwriters are purchasing, severally, only the Notes set forth opposite their names in Schedule 1, except that the amounts purchased by the Underwriters may change in accordance with Section 10 of this Agreement.
