Third Party Gathering System means a natural gas gathering system owned by a Person other than the MLP or a subsidiary of the MLP.

Examples of Third Party Gathering System in a sentence

  • If the MLP advises the Resource Entities of its intent to acquire the Identified Third Party Gathering System, the Resource Entities shall refrain from making an offer for the Identified Third Party Gathering System except as permitted hereunder.

  • Such notice shall identify the gathering system and its seller and the proposed sales price of the Identified Third Party Gathering System, and shall include all written information about the Identified Third Party Gathering System provided to the Resource Entities by or on behalf of the seller as well as any information or analyses compiled by the Resource Entities from other sources.

  • Within 30 days of the date of the Resource Entities' notice, the MLP shall advise the Resource Entities in writing whether MLP wishes to acquire the Identified Third Party Gathering System.

  • If the Subsequently Acquired Gas is subject to a previously existing dedication to a Third Party Gathering System at the time Shipper acquires the Gas, Shipper shall give LMM an additional *** Days’ written notice preceding the expiration or termination of the primary term of the previously existing dedication.

  • Further, the Resource Entities agree to give the MLP prompt written notice of the identification by any of them of any Third Party Gathering System for possible acquisition by such Resource Entity or any Affiliate (each, an “Identified Third Party Gathering System”).

  • Within a time period specified by the Resource Entity’s notice to the MLP, which shall be a reasonable time under the circumstances, the MLP shall advise the Resource Entity in writing whether it wishes to acquire the Identified Third Party Gathering System.

  • If the MLP advises the Resource Entity of its intent to acquire the Identified Third Party Gathering System, the Resource Entities shall refrain from making an offer for the Identified Third Party Gathering System except as permitted hereunder.

  • This fee shall be due and payable within twenty (20) days from the date Shipper receives the statement from the Third Party Gathering System.

Related to Third Party Gathering System

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Metering System means all meters and metering devices (including current transformers and potential transformers) owned by the Company and used to measure Dependable Capacity and the delivery by the Company and receipt by BPDB of Net Energy Output;

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Pipeline System means each system of Pipeline Assets, Real Property and Easements relating thereto making up an integrated gathering system and gathering system, or other pipeline system.

  • Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:
