Third Lien Notes Indenture means the Indenture dated as of February 26, 2003, by and among European Borrower, the guarantors named therein and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A. (f/k/a Xxxxx Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association), as trustee, governing the Third Lien Notes, as amended.
