Notes Agent definition

Notes Agent has the meaning assigned to that term in the Preamble of this Agreement.

Notes Agent means U.S. Bank National Association, as note agent and collateral agent under the April NPA and the August NPA, and any successor in such capacity.

Notes Agent means U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee and as collateral agent for the Noteholders.

Examples of Notes Agent in a sentence

• The Note Claimholders have expressly authorized and instructed the Notes Agent to execute and deliver this Agreement.

• The Notes Agent hereby represents that it is authorized to, and by its signature hereon does, bind the other Note Claimholders to the terms of this Agreement.

Notes Agent means, collectively, the Note Trustee and the Collateral Agent.

Notes Agent means The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as collateral agent for the Notes Claimholders under the 2010 Note Documents.
