Fire wall means a wall of brick or reinforced concrete having adequate fire resistance and structural stability under fire conditions to accomplish the purpose of completely subdividing a build- ing or of completely separating adjoining building to resist the spread of fire. A fire wall shall extend continuously through all stories from foundation to or above the roof.
Severity 2 means the unavailability of an individual resource and redundant capability is not available or exhausted.
Laytime means the amount of time that a charterer has to load a vessel before the vessel is deemed to be on Demurrage.
Highwall means a vertical or nearly vertical face in solid rock or a slope of consolidated or unconsolidated material that exceeds 3:1.
Digital Wallet means an electronic payment service that allows you to store a digital version of your Card on a computer or device and make payments using that Digital Card. Digital Wallets may be operated by third party Digital Wallet providers and are available on supported devices.
FedRAMP means the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (see xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx), which is an assessment and authorization process that federal government agencies have been directed to use to ensure security is in place when accessing Cloud computing products and services.
Pitch means a Grass Pitch or Football Turf Pitch.
Service Outage means an instance when the Customer is unable to route traffic to one or more Customer Sites via the Network, which results in Service Downtime;
Network Area means the 50 mile radius around the local school campus the Named Insured is attending.
Severity 1 means the unavailability of multiple service resources and redundant capability is not available or has been exhausted.
Indexation means the adjustment of an amount or sum in accordance with paragraph 69 of this Call Off Schedule 3;
Enrollee means any person entitled to health care services from a carrier.
Track means the projection on the earth’s surface of the path of an aircraft, the direction of which path at any point is usually expressed in degrees from North (true, magnetic or grid);
Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.
Severity Level means the actual impact of a Defect on a user’s operational environment as further described in the table below.
Workaround means a temporary modification to or change in operating procedures for the Work that: (i) circumvents or effectively mitigates the adverse effects of a Defect so that the Work complies with and performs in accordance with the applicable Specifications and Documentation; (ii) does not require substantial reconfiguration of the Work or any reloading of data; and (iii) does not otherwise impose any requirements that would impede an end user’s efficient use of the Work.
Rubbish means solid or liquid wastes from residences, commercial establishments, or institutions.
Ceiling means the height above the ground or water of the base of the lowest layer of cloud below 6 000 m (20 000 ft) covering more than half the sky;
Player means any Contract Player, Non Contract Player or other player who plays or who is eligible to play for a Club.
Top Level Domain means the portion of the Domain Name to the right of the right-most period. (In the example, “COM”.) “Second Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the right-most period, up to the second period from the right, if any, plus the Top Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.) “Third Level Domain” means that portion of a domain name to the left of the second period from the right, if any, up to the third period from the right, if any, plus the Second Level Domain. (In the example, “XXXXXXXXX.XXXXXXXXX.XXX”.).
Benchmarked Rates means the Framework Prices for the Benchmarked Goods and/or Services
Factor means a positive or negative number and has been determined [for the [first] [●] Interest Period] as [+][-] [insert number] [insert further].]
Electronic Record and “Electronic Signature” shall have the meanings assigned to them, respectively, by 15 USC §7006, as it may be amended from time to time.
Outage has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

Critical habitat means habitat areas with which endangered, threatened, sensitive or monitored plant, fish, or wildlife species have a primary association (e.g., feeding, breeding, rearing of young, migrating). Such areas are identified herein with reference to lists, categories, and definitions promulgated by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife as identified in WAC 232-12-011 or 232-12-014; in the Priority Habitat and Species (PHS) program of the Department of Fish and Wildlife; or by rules and regulations adopted by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, National Marine Fisheries Service, or other agency with jurisdiction for such designations.
