Termination Bonus Amount definition

Termination Bonus Amount means the greater of (i) Executive’s highest Annual Incentive Bonus earned in the two most recent full fiscal years preceding the Date of Termination, or (ii) One Hundred percent (100%) of Executive’s Base Salary in effect as of the Date of Termination.
Termination Bonus Amount means an amount equal to the greater of: (A) the annual average of Executive’s annual bonuses for the preceding three years and (B) the amount of Executive’s last annual bonus received prior to the termination of the Employment Period.
