Severance Amount definition

Severance Amount means (A) for any Termination other than during a Covered Period, an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of Executive’s then-current Annual Base Salary as of the respective Termination; or (B) for a Termination during a Covered Period, an amount equal to two hundred percent (200%) of Executive’s Base Compensation as of the respective Termination.
Severance Amount means an amount equal to two times Executive’s Annual Compensation.
Severance Amount means an amount equal to two (2) times the sum of (A) the Executive’s annual Base Salary as in effect immediately prior to the Termination Date and (B) the Executive’s Target Bonus for the Bonus Period in which termination occurs.

Examples of Severance Amount in a sentence

  • In the event that the Executive willfully and materially breaches any of the covenants set forth in this Section 4, then in addition to any injunctive relief, the Executive will promptly return to the Company any portion of the Severance Amount that the Company has paid to the Executive.

  • The Earned Salary and Severance Amount shall be paid in cash in a single lump sum as soon as practicable, but in no event more than 30 days (or at such earlier date required by law), following the Date of Termination.

  • If the Scheduled Expiration Date is later than the end of the Consulting Agreement Period, the Company shall also pay Executive the Severance Amount.

More Definitions of Severance Amount

Severance Amount means an amount equal to the aggregate Base Salary which would have been earned by Executive under this Agreement for the period commencing on the day after termination of the Consulting Agreement Period and ending on the Scheduled Expiration Date; provided that if the Company terminates the Consulting Agreement due to Executive’s material breach of any term thereof, the Severance Amount shall be reduced to zero.
