Severance Amount definition

Severance Amount means:
Severance Amount means an amount equal to two times Executive’s Annual Compensation.
Severance Amount means an amount equal to the aggregate Base Salary which would have been earned by Executive under this Agreement for the period commencing on the day after termination of the Consulting Agreement Period and ending on the Scheduled Expiration Date; provided that if the Company terminates the Consulting Agreement due to Executive’s material breach of any term thereof, the Severance Amount shall be reduced to zero.

  • The Severance Plan has been amended by the Company to provide that in the event of your Separation from Service without Cause or for Good Reason (other than a Termination Upon a Change in Control), the Severance Amount payable to you pursuant to Section 4.2(a) of the Severance Plan will be payable over a Severance Period of four months, subject to the terms and conditions of the Severance Plan, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in your offer letter with the Company or otherwise.

  • Half of the Severance Amount shall be paid in a single lump sum, the remaining half in twelve equal monthly installments and the Earned Bonus, if any, shall be paid at the same time as if Executive had remained employed with the Company through the payment date.

More Definitions of Severance Amount

Severance Amount is equal to:
Severance Amount means an amount equal to the Executive’s annual Base Salary, as in effect immediately prior to the Termination Date.
Severance Amount means an amount equal to two (2) times the sum of (A) the Executive’s annual Base Salary as in effect immediately prior to the Termination Date and (B) the Executive’s Target Bonus for the Bonus Period in which termination occurs.
