  • The Severance Amount shall be paid in a single lump sum and the Earned Bonus, if any, shall be paid at the same time as if Executive had remained employed with the Company through the payment date.

  • For clarification, if Executive is not otherwise entitled to a Severance Amount, the Company shall pay Executive an amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of Executive’s Base Salary for each month the Restricted Period is lengthened.

More Definitions of Severance Amount

Severance Amount means an amount equal to two (2) times the sum of (A) the Executive’s annual Base Salary as in effect immediately prior to the Termination Date and (B) the Executive’s Target Bonus for the Bonus Period in which termination occurs.
