Examples of Tendering Member in a sentence

  • According to the activity summary which the applicant organisation had submitted, the actual total number of participants was 38, which was over 25% less than the expected number.

  • In such event, the Tendering Member shall have no right to cause the Managing Member to exchange such Tendered Units for the Cash Amount.

  • The Cash Amount shall be payable to the Tendering Member on the Specified Exchange Date against delivery of the Tendered Units to the Managing Member and the same number of shares of Clipper Special Stock to Clipper.

  • Clipper shall give such Tendering Member written notice of its election on or before the close of business on the fifth Business Day after the receipt of the Notice of Exchange.

  • The execution and delivery of this Agreement, the consummation of the transactions contemplated thereby, and the fulfillment of their obligations and undertakings thereunder, will not violate any provision of any applicable law, ordinance, rule or regulation of any governmental body, the organizational documents of the Tendering Member, or any judgment, decree, writ, injunction, order or award of any arbitration panel, court or governmental authority applicable to the Tendering Member.

  • Each Tendering Member and the KFC Cooperative and the Subsidiary shall become a party to this Agreement upon signing a counterpart of the Signature Page to this Agreement.

  • The results are qualitatively similar as those reported in Figure 3 and Figure 4.

Related to Tendering Member

  • Tendering Partner shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.6.A.

  • Tendering Party has the meaning provided in Section 8.5(a) hereof.

  • Selling Member has the meaning set forth in Section 10.5(a).

  • Purchasing Member has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(c).

  • Disposing Member is defined in Section 4.1.

  • Redeeming Member has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(a).

  • Transferring Member has the meaning set forth in Section 9.4.

  • Other Member means a Voting Member who is not an Eligible Account Holder or a Supplemental Eligible Account Holder.

  • Founding Member means any individual who is either:

  • Trading Member means a Person who has been approved by Nadex to trade directly and not through a FCM Member on the Market, and does not include any FCM Member.

  • Junior Member means a registered Member of the Club who is younger than 18 years of age.

  • Initiating Member shall have the meaning provided in Section 15.2(a).

  • Clearing Member means a registered broker-dealer which is a clearing member under the rules of O.C.C. and a member of a national securities exchange qualified to act as a custodian for an investment company, or any broker-dealer reasonably believed by the Custodian to be such a clearing member.

  • Remaining Members has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.

  • Investor Member means a member that has made a contribution to a limited cooperative association and:

  • Tendering Authority means The Member Secretary, AICTE, New Delhi.

  • Founder Member means a subscriber to these rules for the purposes of registration;

  • Transferring Stockholder has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 3.4(a).

  • Bona fide member means an individual who participates in activities of a qualified organization

  • Transferring Shareholder has the meaning set out in Section 6.1;

  • Ordinary Member means a member of the Club other than a Life member, Honorary member, Temporary member or Provisional member of the Club.
