Examples of Redeeming Partner in a sentence
All distributions of Available Cash attributable to any Partnership Unit with respect to which the Partnership Record Date is before the date of such transfer, assignment or redemption shall be made to the transferor Partner or the Redeeming Partner, as the case may be, and, in the case of a transfer or assignment other than a redemption, all distributions of Available Cash thereafter attributable to such Partnership Unit shall be made to the transferee Partner.
The Redeeming Partner shall have no right, with respect to any Partnership Units so redeemed, to receive any distributions paid on or after the Specified Redemption Date.
Unless the General Partner, in its sole and absolute discretion, shall exercise its right to assume directly and satisfy the Redemption Right, the General Partner shall not have any obligation to the Redeeming Partner or to the Partnership with respect to the Redeeming Partner's exercise of the Redemption Right.
Each Redeeming Partner agrees to provide such representations and related indemnities regarding good and unencumbered title, and to execute such documents, as the General Partner may reasonably require in connection with any redemption.
The Board shall appoint a Recipient Rights Committee and the Committee and Board shall review all program policies at least annually to ensure that policies and procedures are not discriminatory in nature and that they comply with all current rules, laws and regulations.
