Telephonically definition

Telephonically means any voice or video communication, including, but not limited to telephone call, conference call, online voice chat, online video chat or direct video conferencing – “telephonically” does not, in any case, however, include e-mail, text messaging, written instant messaging, written online chat or other non- verbal communication.

  • Notice Office means the office of the Administrative Agent located at 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxx, XX 00000, or such other office as the Administrative Agent may hereafter designate in writing as such to the other parties hereto.

  • Electronically transmitted or “electronic transmission” means a communication sent or received through technological apparatuses, including computer terminals or other equipment or mechanisms linked by telephone or microwave relays, or any similar apparatus having electrical, digital, magnetic, wireless, optical, electromagnetic or similar capabilities.

  • Conference means all activities associated with any functions, room rentals, and/or meals on the dates indicated, that are the subject of this Agreement, as described on the Standard Agreement Coversheet form.

  • 24 hours means a period of 24 hours including all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in both the place where the relevant meeting is to be held and in each of the places where the Paying Agents have their specified offices (disregarding for this purpose the day upon which such meeting is to be held) and such period shall be extended by one period or, to the extent necessary, more periods of 24 hours until there is included as aforesaid all or part of a day upon which banks are open for business in all of the places as aforesaid; and

  • Communication is defined in Section 10.

  • Notice means notice in writing;
