Team Telecom Agencies definition

Team Telecom Agencies means the member agencies of the interagency group of the government of the United States that, among other things, reviews FCC applications for potential national security, law enforcement and public interest concerns, and is comprised of staff from, among others, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Department of Defense, as well as any successor group or other group within the government of the United States charged with performing such review.
Team Telecom Agencies shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.
Team Telecom Agencies means the Department of Justice (USDOJ), including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Department of Defense (DoD).

  • Training provider means an organization meeting the eligibility conditions as mentioned in Data Sheet and selected in accordance with the criteria set forth for the purpose.

  • Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database means the primary Government repository for Contractor information required for the conduct of business with the Government.

  • Interconnection Study means any of the studies defined in the CAISO’s Tariff or any Transmission/Distribution Owner’s tariff that reflect methodology and costs to interconnect the Facility to the Transmission/Distribution Owner’s electric grid.

  • Rape Crisis Center means an office, institution, or center offering assistance to victims of sexual offenses through crisis intervention, medical and legal information, and follow-up counseling.

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Subordinate joint force commander means a sub-unified commander or joint task force commander.

  • CIP (Destinations means Carriage and Insurance Paid up to named port of destination. Additionally the Insurance (local transportation and storage) would be extended and borne by the Supplier from ware house to the consignee site for a period including 3 months beyond date of delivery.

  • Quality Management System means a set of interrelated or interacting elements that organisations use to direct and control how quality policies are implemented and quality objectives are achieved;

  • Local Interconnection Trunks/Trunk Groups means the trunks that are used for the termination of Local Exchange Traffic, pursuant to iconectiv Technical Reference GR 317-CORE.
