Tax Regulatory Agreement definition

Tax Regulatory Agreement means the Tax Regulatory Agreement dated as of the date hereof by and among the Company, the Issuer and the Trustee.
Tax Regulatory Agreement means the Tax Regulatory Agreement, dated as of the date of initial issuance and delivery of the Bonds, among the Authority, the Borrower and the Trustee, and any amendments and supplements thereto.
Tax Regulatory Agreement means the Tax Regulatory Agreement, dated the Closing Date, between the Authority and the Company, and any and all modifications, alterations, amendments and supplements thereto.
