Target Interest definition

Target Interest has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5(a).
Target Interest means the seventy-five percent (75%) membership interest in each of (i) Hotel Lessee Program and (ii) Hotel Investment Program, which is held by Seller as of the Closing Date, and which represents Seller’s entire interest in Hotel Lessee Program and Hotel Investment Program as well as Seller’s entire beneficial interest in the Property.
Target Interest means the 100% equity interests in the Target Company held by Party B which shall be acquired from Party B by Party A under this Agreement, for which Party A indirectly holds the equity interests and ownership of the subsidiaries, branches and schools of the Target Company.
