Class R-I Interest. The uncertificated Residual Interest in REMIC I.

Class R-I Interest. The Residual Interest in REMIC I for the purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

• The Class R-I Interest will be the sole class of “residual interests” in REMIC I for purposes of the REMIC Provisions (as defined herein).

• For the purposes of the REMIC election in respect of REMIC I, the REMIC I Regular Interests shall be designated as the Regular Interests in REMIC I and the Class R-I Interest shall be designated as the Residual Interests in REMIC I.

• Issuance of the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-I Interest.

Class R-I Interest means the uncertificated interest designated as the "residual interest" in the Subsidiary REMIC for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
