  • The parties shall provide to the other party quarterly royalty reports sixty (60) days after the end of each calendar quarter, calculated on a monthly basis, which shall include (i) Incremental Recurring Revenue, (ii) Systems Costs incurred and deducted from the Incremental Recurring Revenue, (iii) any offset or recoupment amount deducted from royalties, and (iv) actual payments of royalties made to a party.
