Swap Collateral Accounts definition

Swap Collateral Accounts means collectively the Swap Collateral Cash Account, the Swap Collateral Securities Account and any swap collateral cash account, any swap collateral securities account and any other collateral account that may be opened, in name and on behalf of the Guarantor, with an account bank on which each Swap Collateral in the form of cash and/or securities and will be posted in accordance with the relevant Swap Agreement.
Swap Collateral Accounts means the Swap Collateral Cash Account and the Swap Collateral Securities Account;
Swap Collateral Accounts means, collectively, any Swap Collateral Cash Account and any Swap Collateral Securities Account.

  • Respondents are asked to describe the organisation’s culture through: a direct description of the culture and subcultures, an explanation of what is important to the organisation, as well as an account of the types of behaviour that have led to the organisation’s culture becoming what it is.

  • If it is determined at such time that such Swap Collateral Accounts will be held with the Swap Collateral Account Bank, then the Issuer shall deliver a Swap Collateral Account Mandate to the Swap Collateral Account Bank relating to each such Swap Collateral Account in accordance with the Issuer's obligations under this Agreement, the Cash Management Agreement and the Deed of Charge.

  • Account Bank Agreement Pursuant to the terms of the Account Bank Agreement to be entered into on the Closing Date between the Issuer, the Account Bank, the Cash Manager, the Calculation Agent, the Servicer and the Security Trustee, the Issuer will agree to maintain the Transaction Account (together with any additional bank accounts) and the Swap Collateral Accounts (the Issuer Bank Accounts) in its name with the Account Bank.

  • Any amount so withdrawn shall be released from the Funding 2 Security provided that such amount is applied in accordance with and subject to the relevant Funding 2 Priority of Payments or, in the case of any amount withdrawn from the Funding 2 Swap Collateral Accounts, the Cash Management Agreement and the Funding 2 Basis Rate Swap Agreement.

Related to Swap Collateral Accounts

  • Swap Collateral means, at any time, any asset (including, without limitation, cash and/or securities) which is paid or transferred by a Swap Provider to the Guarantor (and not transferred back to the Swap Provider) as credit support to support the performance by such Swap Provider of its obligations under the relevant Swap Agreement together with any income or distributions received in respect of such asset and any equivalent of such asset into which such asset is transformed; for greater certainty, Contingent Collateral shall at all times be excluded from Swap Collateral;

  • LC Collateral Account has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(j).

  • Collateral Account is any Deposit Account, Securities Account, or Commodity Account.

  • Cash Collateral Account means a blocked account at a commercial bank specified by the Administrative Agent in the name of the Administrative Agent and under the sole dominion and control of the Administrative Agent, and otherwise established in a manner reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

  • Reserve Accounts means the Tax and Insurance Reserve Account, the Leasing Reserve Account or any other escrow account established by the Loan Documents.

  • Proceeds Account means a bank account of the Issuer, into which the Net Proceeds from the Initial Bond Issue will be transferred and which has been pledged in favour of the Agent and the Bondholders (represented by the Agent) under the Proceeds Account Pledge Agreement.
