Sustainable Forestry Initiative definition

Sustainable Forestry Initiative means the forest certification program and standard developed by Sustainable Forestry Initiative Inc.;
Sustainable Forestry Initiative means the forest certification program and standard developed by SFI Inc®.; “Term Facilities” has the meaning ascribed thereto under the heading “Debt Financing”;
