SureBeam Group definition

SureBeam Group means SureBeam and each Subsidiary directly or indirectly owned by SureBeam but not owned directly by the Borrower or any Subsidiary of the Borrower other than SureBeam or a Subsidiary of SureBeam.

SureBeam Group means, for any period, the affiliated group of corporations as defined in Section 1504(a) of the Code, or similar group of entities as defined under corresponding provisions of the laws of other jurisdictions, of which SureBeam would be the common parent corporation if it were not a subsidiary of Titan, and any corporation or other entity which may be, may have been or may become a member of such group from time to time.

  • SureBeam shall timely file or cause to be timely filed any other Tax Return with respect to the SureBeam Group.

Related to SureBeam Group

  • Client Group means Client, any corporate body of which Client is a subsidiary (as defined by s. 1159 of the Companies Act 2006), any other subsidiary of such corporate body and any subsidiary of Client;

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Company Group means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Related Companies means the companies within the meaning of Article L. 225-197-2 of the French Commercial Code or any provision substituted for same.

  • ATS means an alternative trading system, as defined in Rule 300(a)(1) of Regulation ATS under the Exchange Act.

  • Promoter Group means an immediate relative of the Promoter (i.e. spouse of that person, or any parent, brother, sister or child of the person or of the spouse); persons whose shareholding is aggregated for the purpose of disclosing in the offer document “shareholding of the promoter group”.

  • Affiliated Entities means any legal entity, including any corporation, limited liability company, partnership, not-for-profit corporation, estate planning vehicle or trust, which is directly or indirectly owned or controlled by the Stockholder or his or her descendants or spouse, of which such Stockholder or his or her descendants or spouse are beneficial owners, or which is under joint control or ownership with any other person or entity subject to a lock-up agreement regarding the Common Stock with terms substantially identical to this Agreement.

  • Parent Group has the meaning set forth in Section 8.03(c).

  • CBS shall have the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;

  • SAP Group means SAP Parent and any of its Associated Companies.

  • BHC Affiliate has the meaning assigned to the term “affiliate” in, and shall be interpreted in accordance with, 12 U.S.C. §1841(k).

  • Minority Owned Business Enterprise or "MBE" means a firm awarded certification as a minority owned and controlled business in accordance with City Ordinances and Regulations as well as a firm awarded certification as a minority owned and controlled business by Cook County, Illinois. However, it does not mean a firm that has been found ineligible or which has been decertified by the City or Cook County.

  • SBS means the New York City Department of Small Business Services.
