Superintendent of Public Works definition

Superintendent of Public Works or "Superintendent" shall mean the Wayne County Superintendent of Public Works or his or her duly authorized agent or representative.

Superintendent of Public Works means the person appointed as the Superintendent of Public Works for the Municipality, and includes his/her authorized deputy.
