Super Investor Majority definition

Super Investor Majority means the affirmative vote by written consent of the holders of at least 65% of all then outstanding shares of Preferred Stock of the Company on an as-converted basis (assuming conversion of all such Preferred Stock into Common Stock pursuant to Section 4), including the consent of all stockholders that hold in excess of 19% of the then outstanding shares of preferred stock of the Company.
Super Investor Majority has the meaning set forth in the Restated Charter.
