Summerside Lands definition

Summerside Lands means the lands legally described as Plan 1321104, Block 4, Lot 1A, excepting thereout all mines and minerals;
Summerside Lands means the residential subdivision lands owned by Brookfield in the southwest portion of the City of Edmonton and designated by Brookfield as the Summerside Lands, within the area shown in Exhibit 1 to the Summerside Management Agreement situated within lands contained in the City's Ellerslie Area Structure Plan, and, if Brookfield in its sole and unfettered discretion so decides, such other lands in the vicinity thereof (as may be owned by Brookfield or by other developers as approved from time to time by Brookfield in its sole and unfettered discretion);
